This Week's Issue's with New Leaf

So, the issues we are currently having this week are the pillars in the front of our home are falling apart. This is the 2nd or 3rd time (I am actually starting to lose count) in making an attempt to get repairs done right.
We were told by New Leaf that we needed to make a claim with our warranty company to get a 3rd party inspector out to ensure the shifting and damage is not due to a structural reason. AND guess what - they want us (the home buyer) to pay the $250 claim fee. This is insane and pure madness! We have not even reached the 1-year mark in our home and we are being asked to come more out of pocket! #dontbuynewleafhomesinsanantonio.
